چکیده

Although intramedullary fixation has standardized the management of femoral shaft fractures, Dynamic compression plating is a useful technique and definite role for specific indications where nailing may be contra-indicated or technically not feasible. Our aim to assess study Femoral fractures presented orthopaedic department at Viswabharathi Medical College & General Hospital, Kurnool from November 2016 2019 evaluate final outcome patients treated with plate. The procedure safe minimal morbidity, relatively few complications helpful in early recovery after surgery.
